RAMADA RENAISSANCE HOTEL

Residential Tower G+14 floors, one of the first high rise building on Ajman corniche. The building was conceived in two parts, one was for time share hotel and the other was designed for luxury residential units.

The design utilizes passive strategies to bring in the light and open up expansive views towards the beach for both assembly spaces and the private units. It is economically efficient in terms of its construction. The building provides ultimate luxury to its inhabitants.

The building is currently taken over by RAMADA.
